Founder Focus - My Journey and Rebirth of My Skincare Line

As a mother of three, balancing family life with a career I’m deeply passionate about has shaped me so much of who I am today. My name is Gabrielle Singh, and for the past 9 years, I’ve worked as a Dermal Therapist, helping countless people feel more confident in their own skin. Skincare has always been close to my heart—not just because it’s my profession, but because of my own personal struggles with skin issues growing up. I know firsthand how frustrating and emotionally draining it can be to feel unhappy with your skin. That’s what drove me to open two aesthetic clinics on the Gold Coast of Australia and, later, to create my own skincare line.

Four years ago, I launched the line to complement the clinical treatments I was offering in my clinics. But as the years have passed, I’ve realised that my brand can be so much more than just skincare products. It’s time for a change—a rebrand that reflects not just a new look, but a deeper mission to help others transform their skin and their confidence.

This journey has been full of challenges, learning experiences, and moments of growth, and I’m excited to share it with you. I want to give you an authentic glimpse into my story, the evolution of my brand, and why this rebrand means so much to me.

From Clinic Owner to Skincare Entrepreneur

After nearly a decade in the aesthetics industry, I’ve had the privilege of owning and operating two aesthetic clinics on the Gold Coast. Running these clinics allowed me to connect with so many individuals seeking solutions for their skin concerns. It was during these years, working one-on-one with clients, that I truly began to see the impact skin health has on a person’s overall well-being.

While the treatments we offered in the clinic were transformative, I noticed there was something missing. Many of my clients wanted a way to maintain their results between visits or continue improving their skin from home. There was a clear gap in the market—effective, easy-to-use products that would complement the treatments I was providing and give people more control over their skincare routines. I wanted to offer more than just a temporary fix during an appointment; I wanted to provide lasting solutions that empowered my clients to take charge of their skin every day.

That’s when the idea for my skincare line was born. Four years ago, I took a leap of faith and started developing products that aligned with my philosophy—targeted treatments designed to nurture and transform the skin, all while being accessible and backed by clinical expertise.

My Personal Journey with Skin Struggles

Growing up, my skin was a constant source of frustration and insecurity. As a teenager, I battled persistent acne and uneven skin that no amount of makeup or skincare products seemed to fix. Every morning felt like a new challenge, staring at the mirror and hoping things would magically improve. It wasn’t just about the physical appearance—those skin issues ate away at my confidence. I often felt uncomfortable in social situations, second-guessing myself because of how my skin looked.

That emotional toll stayed with me for years, and it’s something I’ve never forgotten. It’s also what ignited my passion for skincare. I knew that no one should have to feel that way about their skin, and I became determined to help others avoid the struggle I went through. That’s why I decided to become a Dermal Therapist. I wanted to give people the tools and knowledge I didn’t have back then, so they could feel good about themselves in a way I hadn’t been able to.

Every time I see a client’s face light up when their skin starts to improve, it’s a reminder of why I started this journey. Skin isn’t just skin—it’s tied to how we feel about ourselves, and how we present ourselves to the world. The psychological impact of skin issues runs deep, and I’ve made it my mission to address that in every product I create.

The Vision Behind Rebranding: More Than Just a New Look

The decision to rebrand wasn’t one I took lightly. Over the years, the skincare industry has exploded, with so many brands offering products that promise perfect skin in beautiful packaging. But I wanted my brand to be more than just another name on the shelf. The skincare market has evolved, and I realised that my brand needed to evolve with it. I wanted it to stand for something bigger—something more meaningful and aligned with my passion for true skin transformation.

This rebrand isn’t just about giving the packaging a fresh look or a catchy new name. It’s about digging deeper into what my brand truly represents: the belief that skincare can be life-changing when it’s done right. I’ve spent years working with world-class formulators, travelling the globe to seek out the best ingredients and cutting-edge innovations. The new products we’re launching are more than just skincare—they’re designed to deliver real, transformative results. My goal is to create formulas that don’t just feel good on the skin, but that truly make a difference in how people feel about themselves.

Innovation Backed by Global Experience

One of the most amazing parts of my journey has been the chance to travel the world and meet with some of the top skincare experts. From busy labs in Europe to research centres in Asia, I’ve had the privilege of learning from some of the best in the business. What I’ve taken away from those experiences is the importance of combining innovation with real results.

When I started developing my skincare line, I knew I wanted to be involved in every detail. I’ve spent years working closely with formulators to make sure we’re using the best ingredients available and creating products that deliver real, visible results. Whether it’s tapping into advanced technologies like peptides or using plant-based ingredients that are kind to the skin, every product has been designed with care and intention. I want people to feel a difference when they use my products—not just on the surface, but in their confidence.

Quality is at the heart of everything I do. I know how frustrating it is to try products that don’t live up to the hype, and I’m determined that my skincare line won’t be one of them. I’ve poured my heart into making sure every product is effective and worth every cent.

From dealing with my own skin struggles as a teenager to owning aesthetic clinics and now pouring my heart into my skincare line, every step has been a learning experience.
