Returns Policy:


We hope you are pleased with your order, however if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with a product, Cosmology offers a 14-day refund policy.
Products must be returned in its original condition for a full refund or exchange.
Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 2-3 business days upon receipt.
Refunds (excluding the initial postage charge) will be refunded to the original debit/credit card used.

Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returned goods that have been opened and used.


If unfortunately, the products you receive are damaged or faulty in any way, or not what you originally ordered we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund. Please notify us immediately by filling out our Returns & Exchanges form. Please be sure to include your Order Number.

This policy is only applicable to purchases made online; as we are unable to process returns for purchases made within a partnered retail location.

Purchases made online will not be accepted for return or exchange at an independent clinic.

How the process will work.

  1. Read through (and make sure you understand) the returns & exchanges policies.
  2. Click on the link to proceed with your return or exchange.
  3. Print the Returns & Exchanges form and fill it out.
  4. Attach the form to the products and send both back to us.
  5. Wait for the confirmation email certifying we received your products and will be processing your refund or exchange.
