It’s the official countdown to Christmas (a few days!) and we’re well and truly getting in the spirit. Aside from having your skin prepped like a glazed donut and outfits ready (psst if you’re based in the Northern Rivers or Gold Coast and are thinking of hiring a piece, be sure to check out Borrowed Studio - style you can borrow with super fast shipping), there are a few other very important things to attend to. At the top of that list is what delicious drink you’ll indulge in on the big day, yes we know that alcohol isn’t fabulous for our skin, but we need to treat ourselves at least once a year and know that the holiday season is usually when all rules go out the window temporarily. We’ll all get back on the horse in the New Year, but for now, it’s a free for all. Thank us later. 

We’re going to focus on some tasty and easy concoctions - they will tantalise the taste buds and give you a subtle kick to get you through those long winded conversations with an elderly aunt (kidding, we love ALL family). But in all seriousness - who doesn’t love a cocktail on a special occasion. It puts a pep in your step and gets you in the holiday spirit. You don’t need a cocktail connoisseur to make these - you need a few basic ingredients, liquor and a cocktail shaker. We’ve kept it simple, because amongst the kitchen chaos and present wrapping flying around, who has the time for anything complicated on Christmas Day. 

Three of our Cosmology HQ team members put in a lot of thought to create the perfect trio of no fuss cocktails just for you. The cutest part of it all? They’re all based on ingredients (the natural edible ones of course) that you can find in our products. That’s right, these cocktails are inspired by our formulas - could we get any more creative?

Gab - Cosmology Skincare Owner & Founder 

Our Queen B - Gab is our founder, owner and current globe trotter. She puts the G in Glam and can be thanked for all of the incredible formulas that make up the range. Her obsession with good skin has helped us all achieve that glow for the festive season - thank you Gab! Usually one for tequila, Gab has chosen a collagen based cocktail for this Christmas. We definitely aren’t surprised…because…well…collagen is a fellow queen. The Coco Collagen cocktail was inspired by our Collagen Moisturiser.

Holly - Head of Graphic Design & Content 

Holly is the go to for all things delicious, aesthetic and in style. Holl loves a cute photo op with fine food and friends, she’s our creative queen and adores this time of year where she gets to let her hair down and spend time with those she loves, throwing in a cocktail or two! Holl has chosen the Ho Ho Honey, derived from the one and only Daily Moisturiser.

Macy - Social Media Manager

Macy moo! You’ll find Macy running the Cosmology Skincare social channels and popping from one boujee cocktail bar to the next on a weekend. Never one to shy away from drinks with the girls, Macy shines in all things festive and is currently counting down the days until Santa arrives (or the party does!). Macy’s Christmas cocktail of choice is the Fruit Jingle Tingle, based on our Resurfacing Serum - fruity and fun!
