We’re back with Her Skin – we caught up with this beautiful baby mamma and sister to Jaye Green, Isabelle Grace. Ms Grace is a busy mum, business woman and previous contender on Love Island. WHEN DID YOUR LOVE OF HEALTHY SKIN BEGIN?
I would have to say my 20’s. I was fortunate enough not to suffer from acne or skin issues during my teens so I never put too much effort into my skin but then as I got older and prioritised my health I saw how much of an impact the food I ate had on my skin and I began to really looking after myself – inside and out!
HOW HAS YOUR SKIN JOURNEY BEEN SINCE THEN?
Thankfully it’s been pretty good as I’ve always kept on top of my skincare routine.
HAVE YOU EVER STRUGGLED WITH YOUR SKIN?
After going off the pill a few years back my skin had a bit of a meltdown and I got adult acne for the first time. It was a long tedious process to get my skin back on track. Once it finally settled I’ve been even more on the ball with my skincare routine and the products I use as it was quite a slap to my self esteem during that time.
BIGGEST BELIEFS WITH SKINCARE?
Keep it simple and don’t overcomplicate with a million different products and BE CONSISTENT… After all our skin is our biggest organ!
WHAT’S A TYPICAL SKIN ROUTINE LOOK LIKE FOR YOU?
With having a newborn these days it’s super fast and simple. Cleanse and face oil in the morning along with a sunscreen if I’ll be outdoors. Then at night I’ll cleanse, exfoliate once a week, eye cream and face oil.
